Refund policy

We highly encourage you to shop mindfully and consider thoughtfully before making a purchase. In some cases we can accept a return on your order. To start a return, shoot us an email at hello@rumiliving.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer and we recommend you send via trackable mail as Rumi Living will not be liable for returns lost in transit. Items sent back to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted. The return status will be updated once we have received and inspected the returned product. Once we have inspected the returned product and approved it, a refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method. Please allow some time for the refund to be reflected in your bank.

If your order has arrived damaged, defective, or you’ve received the incorrect items in your package, please send an email within 7 days of delivery and include photos of both the item and the packaging. We will happily address these on a case-by-case basis, and the items will either be replaced or refunded. Rumi Living will not be held responsible for any damages, unforeseen delays or additional charges that are incurred during shipping. Items that are returned to us due to improper or incomplete address information will be the responsibility of the customer.
